OMG! Okay, so like, we all write and play video games about ppl who fight with swords right (or most of the peeps I know)? Has anyone ever actually FOUGHT with a sword or even swung one around for that matter? It is THE MOST EXHAUSTING thing in the ENTIRE world!!!! I was bored and full of energy so I took my sword out in the forest behind our house that they're cutting down, and I started hacking at this one dead tree thing. You would not BELIEVE how sore my arm is. I was out there for less than 20 minutes and I feel like I've worked out for hours! Swords are heavy, clumsy, and they stick in things! I know that sounds really stupid but it's true. GOOD LORD my arm hurts!!!! I'm telling you, anyone who can weild a sword, real or fiction, deserves a LOT more respect than they get, because it is TIREING and takes a TON of work! And my sword is SMALL compared to most and I'm not in half bad shape either.
Well, Mom wants me to go eat and I don't have much else to say so I'll post a piccy of my sword (Valinar)and be done with it!

Yes. I asked the blacksmithy dood if it was named and he said no so I eventually named it after Dawn's son Valinar. ^_^ That's kinda strange too because it has a shape on the hilty thing that looks kinda like a "V". Spooky. My website? Which one? And you should talk! You barely even update your journal. Lol.

YAY! swords are hard to handle... my arkansas fellow sword obsessed buddeh had lots and many, we would play with them and OUCH! man... he had swords from LOTR that he had bought on EBAY, it was AWESOME! ^.^ | |
